• What do you mean by EC2 Scheduling?

  EC2 scheduler is a solution that automates your instance's starting and stopping times. It will reduce AWS costs by stopping instances when not needed and starting the resources when their capacity is required. You can easily create, manage or customise your schedule settings.

  Cloud Crocodile is currently only offering a free tier.

• What kind of data does Cloud Crocodile collect?

  Cloud Crocodile does not have access to your customer data and only accesses meta-data about your instances.

• Do you offer this service other than EC2?

  Cloud Crocodile currently only supports AWS EC2 optimisation but we will support other services in the future.

• Do you support any other cloud products?

  We are currently supporting only AWS cloud. However, we will soon be expanding to other platforms.

• Do I have to download any software or plug-ins to set up Cloud Crocodile?

  There is no need to download plug-ins or software, and Cloud Crocodile works through your web browser.

• How does Cloud Crocodile connect to my cloud account?

  We take a minimal approach to the permissions needed for access and utlilise the AWS recommended connection method of IAM roles.

• How do I cancel Cloud Crocodile?

  The free version is not time-bound, so you can continue to enjoy our free tier.
